A Restaurant in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Cook (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cold dishes such as appetizers, salads and dressings according to restaurant standards
- Follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation guidelines accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section
- Support kitchen operations during service hours
- Plate dishes according to standards and instructions
- Follow all HACCP and food safety regulations
- Keep workstations, kitchen equipment and storage areas clean and organized
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Cook similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Basic to intermediate knife skills
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Good understanding of kitchen operations and food handling
