A Villa in Pererenan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Garden & Outdoor Maintenance Staff (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Water plants (manual and/or irrigation system monitoring)
- Trim and shape plants to maintain aesthetics
- Monitor plant health, including pests and diseases
- Replace dead or damaged plants when necessary
- Conduct daily pool cleaning (removing leaves and debris)
- Monitor and maintain proper chemical levels (pH, chlorine)
- Add necessary pool chemicals as required
- Sweep and clean pathways, terraces, and outdoor areas
- Remove leaves, dirt, and debris regularly
- Maintain cleanliness of entrance and driveway
- Ensure surrounding areas are tidy and presentable
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Garden & Outdoor Maintenance Staff similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Knowledge of tropical plant care
- Basic understanding of pool chemical handling
- Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment
- Experience using pressure washers and gardening tools
