Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance and Supply
- Implement and maintain clear SOPs across all operational areas
- Develop and manage KPI reporting systems to monitor efficiency and service delivery
- Elevate the guest experience to 5-star standards tailored to the glamping environment
- Conduct regular internal audits and uphold strict quality assurance practices
- Act on guest feedback and lead continuous improvement efforts
- Assess current staffing and reorganize or recruit where necessary
- Facilitate regular training and upskilling sessions
- Foster a respectful, motivated and high-performance team culture
- Identify operational gaps and propose innovative, efficient solutions
- Respond positively to feedback and adapt strategies as needed
- Demonstrate ownership and commitment to improving the entire guest experience
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a General Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven track record in 5-star hotels or high-end hospitality projects
- Strong expertise in operational systems, SOPs, quality control and team development
- Skilled in budget tracking, reporting, and team supervision
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
