A Hotel in Legian, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Personal Assistant (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s daily schedule including meetings and travel arrangements
  • Handle communications on behalf of the Director (phone calls, emails, messages)
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain important documents and records
  • Assist in meeting preparation including creating agendas, preparing materials and taking minutes
  • Arrange basic operational needs such as booking tickets, accommodation, and transportation
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and personal information


Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven working experience as a Personal Assistant similar role 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
